Peak rates (Easter - Thanksgiving & Winter Holidays):

 ~ 2 nights minimum stay on weekends (Fri - Sun)

 ~ Weekends:  Full House   - $1195/2nights, $1645/3nights

              Top Unit     - $845 /2nights, $1175/3nights

              Bottom Unit  - $445 /2nights, $595 /3nights

 ~ Weekdays:  Full House   - $575 /night

              Top Unit     - $415 /night

              Bottom Unit  - $225 /night

 Off-Peak rates:

 ~ Weekends:  Full House   - $595/night, $1095/2nights, $1545/3nights

              Top Unit     - $395/night, $765 /2nights, $1045/3nights

              Bottom Unit  - $235/night, $395 /2nights, $545 /3nights

 ~ Weekdays:  Full House   - $525 /night

              Top Unit     - $365 /night

              Bottom Unit  - $215 /night                     

 ~ Longer stays: rental rates and availability upon request.

 ~ A cleaning fee of $100 for the full house or $75 fot the top or bottom units will be charged for every stay.

 ~ 9% Sonoma County occupancy tax is not included will be added to price.

 ~ Holiday weekends (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years) - minimum stay is three nights.

Time frames:

 ~ A weekend is defines as Friday arrival and Sunday departure.

 ~ Check-in is anytime after 3 pm,

 ~ Check-out is by 11 am.

Reservation policy:

 ~ Upon making your reservation, we ask for 1/2 of the total immediately and make the charge to your credit card.

 ~ The balance is due 21 days prior to arrival and if paying by personal check, 30 days prior to arrival.

Security deposit:

 ~ Security deposit is $500 for the full house, $400 for the top unit and $300 for the bottom unit.

 ~ When we receive the security deposit check from you, we do not cash it. If the property is in good condition after you leave, we destroy the security deposit check. Otherwise, we will cash the check, and some or all of the funds will be used for extraordinary cleaning and/or damage repair. Any unused funds will be returned to you.

Cancellation policy:

 ~ If cancelled 60 days or more prior to arrival, a full deposit is given back to a guest, less the $75 cancellation fee.

 ~ If cancelled 22 - 59 days prior to arrival, 1/2 of deposit is forfeited unless the property can be rebooked for same dates.

 ~ If cancelled 21 days or less prior to arrival, full payment is forfeited unless the property can be rebooked for the same days.

Smoking policy:

 ~ Smoking is permitted only in dedicated area outside. If there would be any buts found anywhere not in the ashtray after you leave, $100 will be deducted from your security deposit.

Pet policy:

 ~ no pets (except for long-term stay reservations)

 ~ additional fees apply

Behavior policy:

 ~ Only people who are on reservation are allowed on the premises

 ~ Use of the home for excessive drinking, loud music and partying is not allowed.

 ~ Quiet behavior is required after 10pm.
